Vocational Program

The Vocational Program consists of five areas of training and work.  The Pallet Department, which was the first area of the program to be developed, the second area to be created and expanded is the Packaging Department. The other departments are  Manufacturing, Recycle and Road Crew Departments.   When visiting Aldersgate you will be amazed by the number of different items the Associates work on.  All areas of vocation give the Associates an opportunity to become a vital part of the community.
